Package Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure a safe transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the items.
